GORDON V SING became licensed in the real estate brokerage industry in 1992 and received his Associate Broker license in 1994; joining Macdonald Realty Ltd. in 1994 after beginning his real estate career in Victoria, B.C.

He is a member of the Commercial Division of the Vancouver Real Estate Board, with over 30 years of experience as a realtor selling a wide variety of residential, investment and commercial real estate properties.

Gordon assists individuals, families, societies, corporations, estates and trusts in the decision-making process with a wide cross of residential and commercial real estate.

The common denominator is his intent in providing the highest level of personal service, commitment, integrity and knowledge to each transaction and in providing relevant and informed information to simplify the decision-making process from beginning to end.

His experience in the financial service sector as a retail investment advisor, retail trader (licensed in 8 provinces plus the Yukon), and institutional junior pro-trader provides him with unique and added market insights to which he incorporates into his real estate analysis, marketing and property consultations.
